At Thousand Year Co each item is made to order and shipped directly from our U.S. based production partners. We aim to get your gear out fast and with care but keep in mind our products are crafted individually, not pulled from a shelf.

📦 Fulfillment Time

Please allow 2–7 business days for us to create and prepare your order before it ships. Production times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

U.S. Orders
🇺🇸 Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
📦 Carrier: USPS, UPS, or similar tracked service

International Orders
🌍 Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
📦 Carrier: Local postal partners with tracking

Note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or VAT.

💥 Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll make it right.

⏳ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is shipped, it’s in the hands of the carrier but if something goes wrong, reach out and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We’ll do our best to help.

❗ Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, military bases, or restricted countries at this time.

📍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 8 business days of ordering, feel free to contact us.
