Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue:
- Use the Contact Form on our [Contact Us] page
- Include a clear photo, your order number, and a brief description of the problem

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days and issue a replacement if eligible.

❌ We Cannot Offer Refunds or Exchanges For:
- Buyer’s remorse  
- Wrong size ordered  
- Late delivery due to postal delays  
- Items returned without approval

Each product is custom-printed just for you — we don’t hold inventory or resell returned items.
